半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C与炎症性疾病关系的研究进展

Advances in the relationship between cystatin C and inflammatory diseases

近年来,半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在炎症性疾病发生发展中的作用逐渐被关注,但有关具体的作用机制报道甚少。本文从半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C的生物学特性及功能、与炎症性疾病及炎症相关性疾病的关系等方面进行综述。

Inflammation is an adaptive defense response of the body to external adverse stimuli or cell damages.Its purpose is to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms to prevent further damage and promote the repair of damaged tissues.However,the main cause of inflammatory diseases is excessive inflammatory response.In recent years,the role of cystatin C in the development of inflammatory diseases has been attracted more attentions.However,there are few reports on the specific mechanism of cystatin C in inflammatory diseases.In this paper,the recent progress in the study of the relationship between cystatin C and inflammatory diseases is reviewed.
