基于DEA模型的宁波市工业产业用地效率评价与优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过DEA模型测算了宁波市工业产业各行业用地效率,并根据测算结果提出了优化各行业工业产业用地效率的路径,为提高各行业工业产业用地效率、促进工业产业高效发展提供理论和实践参考。研究结果显示:综合效率、技术效率和规模效率DEA有效的行业分别有4个、6个和4个;综合效率非DEA有效行业与占地面积、建筑面积、累计固定资产投入以及土地产出率有关,技术效率非DEA有效行业与占地面积、建筑面积投入以及土地产出率有关;对于非DEA有效的行业,其优化路径主要表现为占地面积、建筑面积和土地产出率的调整。因此,未来发展要注意不同行业用地的投入与产出差异,政府供地应注意供需匹配,创造企业与政府共同努力提高产业用地效率的有效格局。 This paper measures and calculates the land use efficiency of various industrial sectors in Ningbo by DEA model,and proposes a path to optimize the efficiency of industrial industry land in various industries according to the calculation results,providing theoretical and practical reference for improving the efficiency of industrial industry land use in various industries and promoting the efficient development of industrial industries.The results indicate as follows:(1)there are 4,6 and 4 DEA effective industries with comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency;(2)comprehensive efficiency of non-DEA effective industry is related to floor area,building area,accumulated fixed assets input and land output rate while the technical efficiency of non-DEA effective industry is related to floor area,building area input and land output rate;(3)the optimization path of non-DEA effective industries is mainly manifested as the adjustment of floor area,building area and land output rate.Therefore,the difference between input and output of land in different industries should be paid attention in the future development and the balance of supply and demand should be focused by the government in order to create an effective pattern in which enterprises and the government work together to improve the efficiency of industrial land.
