贸易便利化、空间溢出与产业结构升级——基于省际面板数据的空间计量检验

Trade Facilitation,Spatial Spillover and Industrial Structure Upgrading: Based on Spatial Measurement of Provincial Panel Data

在分析贸易便利化影响产业结构升级理论机制的基础上,基于2008—2016年中国省际面板数据,运用空间误差模型实证检验这一影响。研究发现:省际贸易便利化水平逐年稳步提升且具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,但不同地区差距明显,呈现东中西梯级递减的不均衡格局;贸易便利化是产业结构的重要驱动力,能显著促进地区产业结构升级且具有稳健性;贸易便利化各维度的改善也能显著促进产业结构升级,其作用大小依次为制度环境的优化、电子商务的发展、海关效率的提升、交通基础设施的完善。

Based on the analysis of the trade facilitation mechanism and the theoretical mechanism of industrial structure upgrading,this paper empirically tests this impact based on the 2008-2016 Chinese provincial panel data using the spatial error model.The study found that:the level of inter-provincial trade facilitation has been steadily increasing year by year and has a significant positive spatial spillover effect,but the gap between different regions is obvious,showing an uneven pattern of the decline of the East,West and West;trade facilitation is an important driving force for industrial structure,which can significantly promote the upgrading of regional industrial structure and is robust;the improvement of various dimensions of trade facilitation can also significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure.The role of the system is to optimize the institutional environment,the development of e-commerce,the improvement of customs efficiency,and the improvement of transportation infrastructure.
