摘要
以山西省粮易天下有限公司开创的粮易模式为研究重点,介绍了此模式的形成历程和运行现状。通过SWOT分析法分别从外部市场环境提供的机遇、挑战与内部竞争的优势、劣势两个角度,探索企业的发展现状和未来前景,据此尝试提供完善粮易天下的生态圈战略设计建议,为农村电子商务发展模式提供了较好的借鉴。
In Shanxi Liangyitianxia Company of grain pattern as the research focus,the paper introduced the formation of this pattern and running status.Through SWOT analysised method,the development status and future prospect of enterprises were explored from the two perspectives of opportunities,challenges and advantages and disadvantages of internal competition provided by external market environment respectively.Based on this,the author tried to provide Suggestions on the strategy design of ecological circle to improve the world of grain easy shopping,and provided a good reference for the exploration of rural e-commerce development mode.
