环境中重金属离子检测方法研究综述

A Review on Methods for the Examination of Heavy Metal Ions in Environment

概述了铅、镉、汞等重金属离子的传统检测方法。综述了现场大批量检测重金属离子的快速方法:酶分析法、免疫分析法、生物化学传感器法、试纸法等。对各方法的原理、研究现状、适用检测离子、方法检出限及其在环境中的应用进行了评述。简述了重金属离子快速检测方法的发展方向和存在的问题。

Conventional methods for the examination of heavy metal ions such as lead,cadmium,mercury,and etc.were briefed.Quick methods for detecting heavy metal ions in bulk were summarised including enzyme analysis,immunoassay,biochemical sensor,test paper methods,and etc.whilst reviewing their principle,research status,applicable ions,detection limits and application in the environment.Their development orientation and existent problems were discussed as well.
