A Study on Noise Map Based on GIS Technology

概述了噪声地图的概念及系统架构。分析了基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术的噪声地图建立步骤及地图数据,指出基于GIS技术研发的噪声地图能高效便捷地查阅、显示和管理各类噪声数据,建立与之相适应的监测和评价方法,提出噪声防治技术和管理要求,为城市总体规划、交通发展、噪声污染控制提供科学决策依据。

The concept and system structure of noise map was briefed.Having analysed the buildingup procedure and the data of the noise map based on GIS technology,it was indicated that various noise data could be effectively and conveniently looked up,displayed and managed by the noise map developed on the basis of GIS technology so as to set up relevant methods for the monitoring and evaluation,as well as to propose the noise control technologies and managerial requirements.It could also provide bases for decision-making in the urban master planning,communications developing and noise controlling.
