结构脂肪乳对老年直肠癌患者术后营养状况和免疫球蛋白水平的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Structural Triglyceride on Nutrition and Immuno-globulin Concentration of Elderly Rectal Carcinoma Patients

摘要 目的目的分析结构脂肪乳对老年直肠癌患者术后营养状况和免疫球蛋白水平的影响,为指导临床癌症患者术后脂肪乳的应用提供参考。方法回顾性分析80例老年直肠癌患者术后临床资料,随机分为两组:普通脂肪乳组和结构脂肪乳组(n=40),分析两组患者治疗后营养状况和免疫球蛋白水平。结果普通脂肪乳和结构脂肪乳能够有效提高老年直肠癌患者术后白蛋白、前白蛋白、IgA、IgM及IgG水平而降低白细胞介素IL1β、IL2及IL6蛋白水平,且结构脂肪乳效果更显著。结论结构脂肪乳能明显改善老年直肠癌患者术后营养状况和免疫球蛋白水平。 Objective To explore the effect of structural triglyceride on nutrition and immuno-globulin concentration of elderly rectal carcinoma patients.Methods 80 cases of elderly rectal carcinoma patients were enrolled and divided into 2 groups,ordinary triglyceride patients group and structural triglyceride patients group(n=40).The nutrition state and immuno-globulin concentration of elderly rectal carcinoma patients were assayed by ELISA.Results The results showed that the nutrition states improved greatly.The results also showed that the concentration of immuno-globulin increased greatly while the interleukins decreased greatly.At the same time,the effects of structural triglyceride were more obvious than ordinary triglyceride patients group.Conclusion Structural triglyceride exerts great effect on nutrition and immuno-globulin concentration of elderly rectal carcinoma patients.
