奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Nedaplatin Combined with Concurrent Radiotherapy for Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探讨奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取中晚期宫颈癌治疗的87例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组43例,采用顺铂化疗联合放疗的方式进行治疗;观察组44例,采用奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗的方式进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应情况及生活质量情况。结果观察组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生率明显优于对照组;在KPS及QOL评分上,观察组患者经治疗后的评分明显高于对照组,各项对比结果差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奈达铂化疗联合同期放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌取得了较好的临床疗效,有效降低了不良反应发生率、提高了患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nedaplatin Combined with concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods 87 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.There were 43 patients in the control group treated with cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy,44 patients in the observation group were treated with nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life of the 2 groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.On the KPS and QOL scores,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Nidaplatin chemotherapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,which effectively reduces the incidence of adverse reactions and improves the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting.
