腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中的应用与效果

Application and Effect of Laparoscope Combined with Megestrol Acetate in the Treatment of Early Endometrial Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中的应用与效果。方法选取接受治疗的子宫内膜癌患者136例;根据数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例;对照组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给与口服醋酸甲地孕酮,160 mg/次,1次/d,连续治疗6个月;对两组患者治疗后临床疗效、肿瘤标志物指标(HE4、CEA、CA125)、以及生活质量进行比较与分析。结果两组治疗后观察组有效率为91.17%,显著高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清中肿瘤标志物较治疗前均得到显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量比较显示,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中具有较好的临床疗效,能有效抑制肿瘤生长,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with megestrol acetate in the treatment of early endometrial cancer.Methods 136 cases of endometrial cancer patients diagnosed and treated were selected.According to the numerical table method,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given orally megestrol acetate,160mg/time,once a day for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,tumor markers(HE4,CEA,CA125),and quality of life of the 2 groups of patients after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 91.17%,significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,tumor markers in serum of the 2 groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the comparison between the 2 groups was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Quality of life comparison showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with megestrol acetate in the treatment of early endometrial cancer has good clinical efficacy,can effectively inhibit the growth of tumors and improve the quality of life of patients.
