润滑油含水率检测介电常数式传感器技术研究

Study on the Technology of Dielectric Constant Sensor for Detecting Lubricating Oil Moisture Content

针对润滑油液含水传感器的检测灵敏度低、功能单一等应用技术问题,设计了螺旋式电容结构的含水率传感器,采用三电极电容并绕方式实现传感器冗余制造。试验结果表明:传感器在0~1%含水率润滑油范围内,传感器的非线性误差为1.09%FS,灵敏度为0.3pF/0.1%。

To solve many problems such as low sensitivity,single function,the water content sensor of spiral capacitance structure is designed.Using three-electrode capacitance winding method to realize sensor redundancy manufacturing.The test results show that:the sensor can realize the range of 0 to 1%moisture content detection,the nonlinear error of the sensor is 1.09%FS,sensitivity is 0.3 pF/0.1%.
