电子节能灯架用于医用紫外线灯管存在生物安全隐患的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨两种不同工作原理的灯架对紫外线消毒灯管消毒灭菌效果的影响。方法将2018年3月份新购入的紫外线消毒灯管54支分别安装于新式节能电子灯架和老式电感灯架上,对其进行紫外线辐照强度的监测,同时进行空气培养。结果新式节能电子灯架对紫外线消毒辐照强度具有较明显的影响,随着应用时间的推移,辐照强度衰减较快,消毒后空气培养显示细菌总数严重超标。结论新式电子灯架无法将紫外线消毒强度发挥到最大,不适用于医用工作环境和需要空气、物表等消毒的工作场所。国家应出台规范紫外线空气消毒的具体要求,对预防院内感染具有较迫切和现实的意义。 Objective To investigate the impact of two different lamp holders on the disinfection and sterilization effects of ultraviolet(UV)disinfection lamps.Methods A total of 54 newly purchased UV disinfection lamps in March 2018 were installed on the new energy-saving electronic light holder and the old-fashioned induction lamp holder,respectively.The intensity of UV radiation was detected and the air culture was carried out at the same time.Results The new energy-saving electronic light holder had a significant influence on the UV disinfection intensity.As the application time passed,the irradiation intensity deceased rapidly,and the air culture after disinfection showed that the total number of bacteria seriously exceeded the standard.Conclusion The new electronic lamp holder cannot maximize the UV disinfection intensity,thus it is not suitable for the medical working environments and the workplaces requiring disinfection of air and object surfaces.The specific requirements of UV air disinfection should be put forward by national departments,which is urgent and practical significance to prevent nosocomial infection.
