经穴透刺法配合康复干预治疗肩手综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Penetration Needling Method Combined with Rehabilitation Intervention in the Treatment for Shoulder-hand Syndrome

目的:观察经穴透刺法配合康复训练治疗肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的疗效。方法:将肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予经穴透刺法配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用传统针刺法治疗。每天1次,7天为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)与简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)评价疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.7%,对照组为81.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者FMA评分均升高(P<0.01),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者VAS评分均降低(P<0.01),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与常规针刺疗法相比,经穴透刺法结合康复训练能有效缓解肩手综合征患者患肢疼痛,改善上肢运动功能,从而提高疗效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of acupoints penetration needling method and rehabilitation intervention in the treatment for the patients with shoulder-hand syndrome at stageⅠ.Methods:All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases each group,the treatment group were given acupoints penetration needling method and rehabilitation intervention,and the control group adopted traditional acupuncture method,once each day,seven days were one course,for four courses consecutively.VAS and FMA were used to assess clinical effects.Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%,higher than 81.7%of the control group,and the difference could be found between both groups(P<0.05).FMA scores of both groups after treating raised(P<0.01),and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).VAS scores of both groups reduced after treating(P<0.01),and the difference could be found between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupuncture therapy,acupoints penetration needling method and rehabilitation intervention could effectively relieve the pain of the affected limb,improve motor function of the upper limb,therefore to raise clinical effects.
