中美贸易冲突总体表明中美关系进入了一个新的阶段。现在讲中美关系,贸易方面的问题是冰山在海平面之上最直观的部分,其实要同时全面考虑两个大国之间的总体关系,必须把水面之下往往并不直接感受到的其他因素放在一起。以创新的机制扩张本土选择性“有效投资”,应成为贸易摩擦升级新阶段上我们“有所作为”的一大重点。除内部视角的这一重点之外,外部视角的重点,则是注重“多边博弈”,争取一切可调动潜力和有利因素,去应对中美间的“双边博弈”。

Sino-US trade conflict generally indicates that Sino-US relations is in a new stage.About Sino-US relations,the issue of trade is the most intuitive part of the iceberg above sea level.Actually,if we need to consider the overall relationship between the two great powers comprehensively,we should figure out other factors which are below the surface of the water and cannot be directly felt together.Expanding local selective“effective investment”through innovative mechanisms should become a key point of our“doing something”in the new stage of trade frictions upgrading.In addition to the internal perspective,the external perspective focuses on“multilateral game”and strives for all potential and favorable factors to deal with the“bilateral game”between China and the United States.
