摘要
探索自我同情在大学生瑜伽促进学校适应之间的中介解释机制。方法为通过随机招募到90名被试(年龄20.84±2.47岁,男17名,女73名),采用依次回归与Bootstrap分析检验中介假设模型。结果发现研究假设得到支持,瑜伽练习能够预测大学生的学校适应。自我同情在瑜伽影响大学生学校适应的关系中,发挥部分中介的作用(ab/c=.51)。结论是自我同情能够部分解释瑜伽练习提高大学生学校适应的机制。研究为瑜伽练习促进大学生学校适应提供了一定的理论依据,为瑜伽实践提供了可借鉴的参考。
To explore the mediating mechanism of self-compassion between college students’yoga practicing and school adaptation.Methods:90 subjects(age 20.84±2.47 years old,17 males and 73 females)were randomly recruited to test the mediating hypothesis model with sequential regression and Bootstrap analysis et al.The findings support the hypotheses mediating model of self-compassion.Yoga practice can predict students’college adaptation.And self-compassion plays a partly mediating role between yoga and school adaptation(ab/c=.51).The conclusion is that self-compassion can partly explain the affecting mechanism of yoga on school adaptation.This study provides a theorical basis for yoga training promotes college students’adaptation,and offer references for yoga practice.
