摘要
运用领导风格理论和创造力相关理论,以包容性领导和员工创造力为研究对象,并分别选择反馈寻求行为、学习目标导向作为中介变量和调节变量,构建包容性领导与员工创造力之间的关系模型,探究包容性领导对员工创造力的影响。结果表明:包容性领导对员工创造力具有显著正向影响;在影响路径中,反馈寻求行为起部分中介作用,而学习目标导向具有负向调节作用。
Based on leadership style theory and correlative theories of creativity,this paper takes inclusive leadership and employee creativity as research objects,and chooses feedback seeking behavior and learning goal orientation respectively as mediating variable and adjusting variable,to construct a model of the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee creativity,so as to explore the impact of inclusive leadership on employee creativity.Results show that inclusive leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.In addition,feedback seeking behavior acts as a partial mediator,while learning goal orientation has a negative moderating effect in the process of impact.
