对分课堂教学模式下的高校教师:挑战与应对 被引量:9

摘要 调查显示,在对分课堂逐渐成为一些高校着力推广的新型教学模式的同时,仍有一部分教师对之心存疑虑。在对分课堂实施前,教师面临着对新事物的担忧、对对分课堂的误解、时间精力不足、课程内容掌握度不够等挑战;在对分课堂的实施中,教师又面临着课堂组织的有效性问题、规划与现实的矛盾、课堂精讲的程度、内化吸收的素材选取等实践难题。此外,涉及大课堂或跨专业分组的课堂还存在学生如何落座的操作性难题,关于对分课堂教学和线上线下混合式教学还存在二者如何融合的问题。对此,除了教师要加强理论学习外,还要积极组建教改团队,加强师生经验交流,及时总结、反思和改进。 The survey shows that while the PAD class has gradually become a new type of teaching model promoted by some universities,there are still some teachers who have doubts about it.Before the implementation of PAD class,the teachers are confronted with many challenges such as worries about facing new things,misunderstanding of PAD class,inertia,lack of time and energy,insufficient mastery of the course content and so on.During its implementation,the teachers face other practical problems such as the effectiveness of the class organization,the contradiction between planning and reality,the degree of intensive lectures in the class,the selection of materials for internalization and so on.Furthermore,classes such as whole class or interdisciplinary grouping class also have operational difficulties in arranging students’seats.There are also problems in how to integrate PAD teaching and online and offline blending teaching.In this regard,it is suggested that teachers should make an effort to learn theory and it is urgent to set up a teaching reform team so as to strengthen the experience communication between teachers and students and foster timely summary,reflection and improvement.
