高校贫困生感戴与心理健康的关系:压力知觉的中介作用

The Relationship between Gratitude and Psychological Heath of Impoverished Students in Colleges:the Mediating Effect of Perceived Stress

文章以高校贫困生为研究对象,探讨感戴、压力知觉、心理健康三者的关系。通过对439名贫困大学生进行问卷调查,分析结果显示:(1)高校贫困生感戴水平在专业和年级变量上存在显著差异,在生源地、性别以及贫困等级上不存在显著差异;(2)感戴、压力知觉和心理健康之间存在两两相关,感戴负向预测压力知觉;(3)在感戴和心理健康之间,压力知觉的两个维度(压力紧张感、压力失控感)起部分中介作用。

This paper takes the impoverished students in colleges as its research object and discusses the relationship between gratitude,perceived stress and psychological health.The analysis of the questionnaires targeted to 439 impoverished college students shows that:(1)the levels of gratitude of impoverished students in colleges were significantly different in terms of their majors and grades,however,with regard to their native places,gender and poverty level,the difference was not significant;(2)there was a pairwise correlation among gratitude,perceived stress and psychological health,and gratitude had a negative effect on perceived stress.(3)the two dimensions of perceived stress(sense of pressure tension and pressure loss)partially played its mediating role between gratitude and psychological health.
