Ca2+通道抑制剂对小麦根毛形成与伸长的影响

摘要 以小麦种子为材料,研究了不同Ca^2+浓度及其钙离子通道抑制剂(氯化铝、氯化镧、尼莫地平)对根毛生长的影响,并观察抑制剂消除后根毛的生长情况,结果表明:1.0×10-3~1.0×10^-2 mol/L CaCl2对根毛有促进作用,5.0×10^-2~0.1 mol/L CaCl2对根毛呈抑制作用;往含有1.0×10^-2 mol/L Ca^2+的培养基中加入EDTA,3.0×10^-4 mol/L EDTA开始对根毛有抑制作用;浓度为6.0×10^-5 mol/L时,氯化铝、氯化镧和尼莫地平均可以明显抑制根毛的生长,钙离子通道抑制剂的抑制效果为氯化铝>氯化镧>尼莫地平。根毛生长完全受抑制后,加入dd H2O和1.0×10^-2 mol/L CaCl2时,根毛均可恢复生长,但长度比正常根毛短。 The effects of different concentrations of calcium and some calcium channel blockers,such as aluminum chloride,lanthanum chloride and nimodipine on root hair growth were studied by taking wheat seed as the material.The results showed that the treatment of CaCl2 with concentration of 1.0×10^-3 to 1.0×10^-2 mol/L promoted root hair elongating to some extent,but higher concentrations of CaCl2(5.0×10^-2 to 1.0×10^-1 mol/L)inhibited root hair growth.The treatment of EDTA that added to the medium which contain 1.0×10^-2 mol/L.CaCl2 inhibited root hair growth when the concentration of EDTA was over 3.0×10^-4 mol/L.The treatments of aluminum chloride,lanthanum chloride and nimodipine with the concentration of 6.0×10^-5 mol/L were observed to significantly inhibit root hair growth.The inhibition effect of aluminum chloride was the strongest of the three calcium channel inhibitors.And,the inhibition effect of lanthanum chloride was stronger than that of nimodipine.The formation and growth of root hair could be recovered with exogenous ddH2O and 1.0×10^-2 mol/L CaCl2 which had been inhibited completely,but the length of root hairs was shorter than that of the control.
