新工科背景下给排水科学与工程专业人才培养模式建设

An Exploration on Model of Talents Training for Water Science & Engineering Under the Background of New Engineering Construction

根据目前安徽建筑大学给排水科学与工程专业实施的“卓越计划”和专业认证要求,结合新工科建设,提出人才培养模式的探索,主要从专业培养方案的制定、本硕人才贯通培养、改革课程体系和教学内容以及创新教育教学方法等方面进行阐述。为新工科建设专业的人才培养方案制定提供参考。

Cultivating compound talents is the main goal of new engineering construction.According to characteristics of the major,model of talents training is formulated.Under requirement of"Excellent Plan",professional accreditation and new engineering construction,the model of talents training is explored.This paper elaborates on the following aspects:the formulation of major training program,the cultivation of undergraduate talents,the reform of curriculum system and teaching content,and innovative educational and teaching methods.It provides a reference for the formulation of personnel training program for the new engineering construction.
