“知行易径”理论模型在高校新生教育中的应用——以“朋辈互助”志愿服务项目为例

Application of the “Strategies, Skills, Learning and Development” Model in Freshmen Orientation

“朋辈互助”志愿服务项目借鉴了知行易径理论,着眼于高校新生入学适应阶段的突出问题,将高年级志愿者与新生结成朋辈互助对子,通过开展互助对子“一对一”的互动交流和集体性的学生活动,解决新生的入学适应问题。“朋辈互助”志愿服务项目有效解决新生学习、社交和心理方面的问题,科学且高效地引导他们适应大学新环境,对于促进高校新生入学教育工作多样化、个性化和安全工作常态化有启发意义。

Inspired by the SSLD theory“Strategies,Skills,Learning and Development”,the“Peer Assistance”volunteer program deals with the outstanding issues confronting university freshmen in the adaptation stage,allowing senior students to interact with freshmen to help them solve problems with their studies,social networking and psychological adjustment.Solid peer assistance enables uni-versity freshmen to quickly ans smoothly adapt to the new environment,making freshmen orientation more diversified and personalized and security work on a more regular basis.
