摘要
非智力因素是除智力因素以外的其他心理因素,包括兴趣、动机、意志、目标、性格等方面。它对人的思想发展方向和思维广度、深度有着重要的促进或制约作用,非智力因素可以通过学校教育的引导、社会和家庭的影响以及个人的自我培养等途径加以发掘。本文针对目前我国双创教育及就业现状,提出利用创业视频、专题讲座、多平台展示、实践体验等措施来培养大学生的非智力因素,提升他们的双创能力,促进他们成长成才,有效地提升高校双创教育的实效性。
Non-intellectual factors refer to all the psychological factors other than intellectual factors, including interests, will, attitude, personality, and so on. Non-intellectual factors either promote or hinder an individual’s ideological development and the breadth and depth of his or her thinking. Fortunately, non-intellectual factors can be bettered through school education, family and social environments and self-cultivation. This article discusses how to cultivate college students’ non-intellectual factors for the sake of promoting their growth and elevate their innovation capacity and entrepreneurial skills.
