摘要
培训学习转化是培训目标达成的关键,学习转化过程必须营造良好的培训生态,良好的培训生态能够使各方形成协同效应,最大限度地实现培训目标。从培训方的视角出发,营造培训生态应从“硬”和“软”两个方面入手。实践表明,在培训制度和培训文化上对各相关方提出要求,可以发挥培训生态的协同作用,激发出学习转化的内生动力,实现培训目标和业务收益。
Learning transfer is the key to the achievement of training goals.The learning transfer process requires a good training ecology which can maximize the achievement of training goals by facilitating synergy among all parties involved.From the perspective of trainers,training ecology should be a combination of“hard”measures and“soft”measures.Practices show that when requirements are laid out for each party in both the training management system and training culture,synergy can be formed,which will stimulate the endogenous motivation for learning transfer,leading to the achievement of training goals and business benefits.
