“以学生为中心”的大学课堂教学改革路径——以《中国教育报》“聚焦‘大学课堂教学改革’系列报道”为例

The Path of "Student-Centered" University Classroom Teaching Reform:Taking China Education Daily’s "Series of Reports Focusing on ’University Classroom Teaching Reform’" as an Example

《中国教育报》“聚焦‘大学课堂教学改革’系列报道”作为“以学生为中心”课堂教学改革方面的典型代表,对高校教学改革具有示范引领作用。对18篇改革报道统计分析发现:各高校课堂教学改革成果显著,其改革目的各有侧重,改革范围以全校和某门或某类课程为主;改革的高校类型聚焦在行业类、综合类、理工类和师范类,高校层次以地方高校最为突出。“以学生为中心”理念下的大学课堂教学改革呈现四方面特点:以加强顶层设计为基础;以改革课堂教学为重点;以构建师生学习共同体为根本;以系统整合教学资源为保障。其课堂教学改革成功经验为我国高校教学改革提供了四条合理建议:注重自下而上与自上而下改革路径相结合;加强教学研究与教学改革实践相结合;提升教师课堂教学改革的素质能力;构建高校教学支持系统。

As a typical example of“student-centered”classroom teaching reform,China Education Daily's series of reports focusing on“university classroom teaching reform”have led the teaching reform in colleges and universities.According to the statistical analysis of eighteen reform reports,the classroom teaching reform in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements.Industrial universities,comprehensive universities,polytechnic universities and normal universities are major participators in the reform.Inspired by the concept of“student-centered”,the university classroom teaching reform shows the following characteristics:based on strengthening the top-level design;focusing on the reform of classroom teaching;taking the construction of teachers and students study community as the foundation;systematic integration of teaching resources to provide support.The successful experience of classroom teaching reform provides the following suggestions for China's college teaching reform:paying attention to the combination of bottom-up and top-down reform;strengthening the combination of teaching research and teaching reform practice;improve the quality and ability of teachers'classroom teaching reform;constructing the teaching support system in colleges and universities.
