摘要
地理标志作为世界通行的农产品知识产权保护制度,其地域垄断性和产品的不可替代性,成为国内外市场竞争力的优势源泉。福建省地理标志农产品在现行认证及保护管理体系下,其数量、类别、产值、社会效益等方面获得了迅速发展,但产业化水平仍然不高。通过SWOT分析,梳理福建省地理标志农产品产业化发展的内在优势与劣势、外在机遇与威胁,提出强化政府和行业组织的作用、提升产业化水平、实施品牌战略等对策促进福建省地理标志农产品产业化发展。
Geographical indication as the world’s prevailing intellectual property protection system for agricultural products,with its inherent regional monopoly and irreplaceability of products,has become the source of superiority in domestic and foreign market competitiveness.Under the current certification and protection management system,the agricultural products of geographical indications in Fujian Province have developed rapidly in terms of quantity,category,output value and social benefits,but the level of industrialization is still not high.Through SWOT analysis,this paper summarizes the internal advantages and disadvantages,as well as external opportunities and threats of the industrialization development of geographical indications of agricultural products in Fujian Province,and puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening the role of the government and industry organizations,improving the level of industrialization,and implementing brand strategy to promote the industrialization development of agricultural products of geographical indications in Fujian Province.
