摘要
大数据人才是“数字城市”建设的主要推动力量,是“数字福州”建设和运维的主要承载者,也是“数字福州”能够实现预期发展的关键因素之一。因此,在大数据人才总体稀缺的情况下,通过对外引进、对内培养,构建起大数据人才的储备机制是加快“数字福州”建设的重要内容,是实现《福州市推进大数据发展三年行动计划(2018-2020年)》的必然要求。联系“数字福州”建设的三年行动计划部署,观察和思考微软创新学院与阿里巴巴大数据学院建设现状,探索“数字福州”产教深度融合发展的大数据人才培养机制,对助推三年行动计划目标的实现有着积极意义。
Big-data talents are the main driving force for the construction of“digital cities”and the main carriers of the construction and operation maintenance of“digital Fuzhou”.They are one of the key factors for“digital Fuzhou”to achieve its expected development.Therefore,under the circumstances of the overall scarcity of big-data talents,how to introduce,cultivate and build a reserve mechanism for big-data talents has become more important for accelerating the construction of“digital Fuzhou”and an inevitable requirement to achieve the“Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting Big Data Development in Fuzhou City(2018-2020)”.In connection with the deployment of the three-year action plan for the construction of“Digital Fuzhou”,this paper will make case studies of the construction of“Microsoft Innovation Institute”and“Alibaba Big Data Institute”to explore the training mechanism of big-data talents in the in-depth integration of production and education in“Digital Fuzhou”.This will be positive and helpful for achieving the goals of the three-year action plan.
