摘要
重庆美食以具有巴渝饮食文化特色的渝菜为主体代表。重庆美食之都对渝菜文化品牌的传播和推广起到促进作用,也能提升重庆的城市形象。重庆美食之都建设仍存在渝菜品牌特色不突出、文化内涵不足等问题,需要从研究型人才培养、美食感染力塑造、饮食文化挖掘等方面,提升渝菜文化品牌的内涵,推进重庆美食之都建设。
Chongqing cuisine system is represented by Chongqing cuisine which is endowed with distinctive cooking and cultural characteristics of Chongqing.Chongqing,as a food paradise,plays a vital role in spreading and promoting the cultural brand of Chongqing cuisine,and in return,the cultural band improves the city image as well.The development of the food paradise has several problems such as lack of prominent features and poor cultural connotation of Chongqing cuisine;it is imperative to enrich the connotation of Chongqing cuisine cultural brand and drive the growth of the city through cultivating research-oriented talents,fostering the attraction of food,exploring diet culture,etc.
