摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的不断实施,区域经济一体化进程的不断加深,东盟各国的中资企业在不断地增加,越来越多的中国公民也涌入东盟各国务工。缅甸目前正在迅速转型,正在向国际社会开放,巩固民主治理和法治。作为整体改革方案的一部分,缅甸政府一直在起草和修改劳工立法,以适应这一新形势。因此,有必要对缅甸劳工法律制度的发展概况以及劳工法律制度的内容规定进行较为全面及详细的介绍和阐述,以期对在缅甸运营的中资企业以及在缅甸经商或务工的中国华人有所助益。
With the in-depth implementation of“the Belt&Road”initiative and the deepening of regional economic integration process,the number of China-invested enterprises in ASEAN countries has been constantly increasing and an increasing number of Chinese citizens choose to work in ASEAN countries as well.After experiencing decades of isolation,Myanmar is undergoing a rapid transformation and opening tothe international community,consolidating democracy governance and the rule of law.As part of the reform,Myanmar government has been drafting and amending the labor legislation to adapt to the new environment.Therefore,it is of necessity to introduce and expound the development and specific contents of Myanmar labor legislation system in a comprehensive and detailed wayfor the purpose of benefiting China-invested enterprises running in Myanmar or Chinese people doing business or working in Myanmar.
