探索跨专业人才培养的有效路径,是为了让学生能够在以后更好地就业和发展,适应我国经济发展和国际产业结构升级变化的大趋势,为社会输送更多的复合型人才。改革人才培养模式,注重复合型人才培养,优化专业教师结构,整合高职师资力量,引导学生做好跨专业职业规划,让学生能够有更广阔的发展前景。改革学校管理模式,构建跨专业人才培养平台,建设好专业群、专业链,培养复合型师资队伍,真正实现人才培养和社会经济发展的融合。

With the rapid development of China's society and economy,the society poses higher requirements on talents.Therefore,the graduates of higher vocational college must be more adaptive to the society.The exploration of interdisciplinary talent cultivation aims to make students have better opportunities for employment and development in the future,adapt to China's economic development and international industrial structural upgrading and cultivate more interdisciplinary talents to the society.The cultivation could also provide students a broader development prospect,reform college management mode,build interdisciplinary talent cultivation platform,build professional cluster and chain and cultivate interdisciplinary teaching staffs by reforming the talents cultivation model,highlighting the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,optimizing the structure of specialized teachers,integrating the teaching staff of higher vocational college and guiding students to plan cross-disciplinary career better so as to integrate talent cultivation and social economic development in real sense.
