摘要 广州众多的餐饮老字号,都有着悠久的历史背景和深厚的文化底蕴,但部分也遭遇了维持性经营的困难。究其原因,关键在于不重视人才开发。因此,构建广州市餐饮老字号企业核心岗位人员胜任特征模型非常必要,主要包括身心修养、工作能力与专业素养等三个胜任特征维度。胜任特征模型既可以分析并培养个人的胜任力,又可以应用于招聘选拔、人员评估等人力资源活动,从而帮助餐饮老字号企业建设高素质的核心岗位人才。 Guangzhou has a plenty of time-honored catering brands,all of which own long history and profound cultural connotations,yet some of them meet with difficulties in sustainable operation.Among those reasons,the key one is indifference on talents development.Therefore,it is very necessary to build a specific competency model for those personnel on core posts of those enterprises with time-honored brands of Guangzhou City,which mainly includes 3 specific competency dimensions as physical and mental culturing,working capabilities and professional literacy.Specific competency model may both analyze and cultivate personal competency and be applied in such human resource activities as recruitment,selection and assessment of employees,thus to help enterprises with time-honored catering brands with cultivation of talents for core posts.
