摘要 应用昆明医科大学教务管理系统分析2015-2017年连续3个学期药学生重修情况。采用自行设计的问卷调查表和访谈方式研究分析导致学生重修的原因。根据重修原因提出相应对策,并在2016-2017学年下学期进行干预。结果发现药学生重修人数较多,性别以男生为主。重修学生中重修1门课程的学生最多。在重修课程中,以专业基础课重修门次最多。药学生重修原因主要包括:学习花费时间少、对专业缺乏兴趣、学习方法不当、不适应大学学习模式、学习氛围不佳等。从学生、教师、和教学管理层面提出相应对策并进行干预,可以降低重修率,提高教学质量。 This paper aims at exploring and analyzing the status and causes of retaking courses in pharmaceutical students in a medical university and providing corresponding countermeasures.Through analyzing the status of retaking courses in pharmaceutical students of Kunming Medical University from 2015 to 2017 by using the educational administration information system,and exploring the retaking reasons by self-made questionnaire and face to face interviews,the corresponding countermeasures were provided and carried out to improve the status during the second half semester from 2016 to 2017.The number of pharmaceutical students with retaking courses was bigger,among whom the male students was the majority,and most of them need to retake only one course.Among the retaking courses,the number of professional basic courses was the most.The causes of retaking courses included:spending little time on learning,lacking learning interests,applying incorrect learning methods,not adapting to the learning mode in universities,having bad learning atmosphere etc.Therefore,the phenomenon of retaking courses in Pharmaceutical students in medical universities should be taken seriously.The rate of retaking courses could be decreased and the teaching quality could be improved through the corresponding countermeasures provided from the perspectives of students,teachers and teaching management.
