场域视角下高职院校体育社团发展的困境与出路

Dilemma and Outlet for the Development of Sports Associations in Higher Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of Field

为增强高职院校学生体质,丰富高职院校学生课余生活,促进高职院校体育社团改革与发展,形成良好的校园体育传统与特色,本研究运用文献资料法及田野调查法,以布迪厄的场域理论为研究视角,探讨了高职院校体育社团的场域特征、困境及出路。研究认为:高职院校体育社团场域具有同质性、矛盾性、规则性、控制性,以及位置感差异性特征;高职院校体育社团的困境在于其沦为“荒地”,高职院校所属元场域资源分配不均衡,体育社团场域内各位置利益不统一以及社团内部规则不健全。诸多困境阻碍了高职院校体育社团的发展,建议积极发挥高职生的主观能动性,加强元场域政策的执行力,通过资源整合促进场域不同位置利益的统一,规范体育社团的管理办法,构建校内校外、线上线下有机衔接的体育社团网络组织,以及在服务学习中提升高职生的体育社会资本。

In order to enhance the physique of students in higher vocational colleges,enrich their after-school life,promote the reform and development of sports associations in higher vocational colleges,and form a good tradition and characteristics of campus sports,this study,using the method of literature and field investigation,explores the field characteristics,dilemma and way out of sports associations in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of Bourdieu's field theory.The research shows that the field of sports associations in higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of homogeneity,contradiction,regularity,control and difference of sense of location,and the predicament of sports associations in higher vocational colleges lies in:sports associations in higher vocational colleges are reduced to"wasteland",The allocation of resources in meta-fields of higher vocational colleges is unbalanced,the interests of different locations in sports associations are not uniform,and the internal rules of associations are not perfect.These predicaments hinder the development of sports associations in higher vocational colleges.It is suggested that the subjective initiative of higher vocational students should be brought into play actively,the executive power of meta-field policy should be strengthened,the interests of different locations in the field should be unified through the integration of resources,the management methods of sports associations should be standardized,the network organizations of sports associations that are organically connected inside and outside the school,online and offline should be constructed,and the promotion of sports social capital of vocational college Students in service learning.
