摘要
由于道路突发事件或地铁施工,会使事件所在道路通行能力下降,使路网运输能力受到影响。这种情况下,交管部门一般会采用一些交通管制措施,将事件道路上的交通流引导到其他路段上,以减轻对堵塞路段的压力。论文提出路网局部能力下降时,网络流关于容量的灵敏度分析算法,获得新的最小费用最大流分配方案,为交通组织方案提供依据。
Road accidents/incidents or subway construction can reduce the traffic capacity of roads,thus affecting the transportation capacity of road network.In such cases,traffic management departments will generally adopt some traffic control measures to guide the traffic flow away from the section with accident/incident toward other sections to reduce the pressure on the blocked section of the road.A new network flow sensitivity analysis algorithm is proposed to obtain a new minimum cost and maximum flow allocation scheme,as the capacity of some roads decrease.The new flow allocation scheme can provide a basis for traffic organization management.
