摘要
请求车计划审批是货运日班计划编制的核心内容,也是整个货运日班计划编制的基础,对请求车计划审批进行优化可以提高铁路货运计划的编制效率和质量,进而提高铁路运输的社会和经济效益。本文考虑铁路车站装卸车能力、分界口交接能力、限制口通过能力等能力约束,请求车计划审批数量限制、空车运用等实际约束条件,建立了以铁路运输收益最大、请求车计划优先级分值之和最大以及局管内空车调整走行公里最少为综合优化目标的单车种请求车计划自动审批模型。本文采用商业优化软件LINGO对所建立的优化模型进行求解,并结合具体案例对模型的可行性及有效性进行了验证。
The approval of car requisition plans is the core and foundation of the preparations of daily railway freight traffic plans.The preparation efficiency and quality can be improved by optimizing the approval process,thereby improving the social and economic benefits of railway transportation.This paper aimed to achieve a set of optimization goals for building an automatic approval model of car requisition plans for one type of car,while satisfying a set of constraints.The constraints can be classified into three types.The first type of constraints were railway capacity constraints,such as the station loading and unloading capacities,and throughput capacities of a demarcation station and bottlenecks.The second type of constraints were the limited number of cars approved in car requisition plans.The third type of constraints were related to the usage of available empty cars.The optimization goals include maximizing the traffic revenue of the railway bureau and the sum of the priority scores of car requisition plans while minimizing the distance travelled by repositioned empty cars within the railway bureau.The commercial optimization software LINGO was used to solve this model.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model were demonstrated using a specific case.
