EDR技术在道路交通事故鉴定中的应用

Application of EDR Technology in Technical Identification of Road Traffic Accidents

我国引进EDR技术后,司法部司法鉴定科学技术研究所针对EDR技术在道路交通事故处理中的应用编制的了作业指导书。2017年新颁布了《机动车安全技术条件》(GB/7258—2017)。EDR数据技术在未来道路交通事故的处理上将有广泛应用。在一起碰撞过程较为复杂的道路交通事故的处理中应用该技术,其结果显示,根据事故车辆EDR数据,可以直接恢复车辆碰撞时的速度,能够确认事故车辆各部位痕迹的碰撞顺序,对于涉案者交通行为方式及车内乘车人员对应痕迹能够相互映证。EDR技术的应用目前在国内的道路交通事故处理及司法鉴定领域尚处于初始阶段,在应用过程中应当有辩证眼光,注意克服其存在的不足,不断加以完善。

After the recommendation of EDR technology in China,the Forensic Science Academy has compiled an op?eration guide for the application of EDR technology in the treatment of road traffic accidents.The Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Safety(GB/7258-2017)was newly promulgated in 2017.EDR data technology will be widely used in dealing with road traffic accidents in the future.The application of this technology in a complicated collision process shows that the speed of vehicle collision can be directly restored,the collision sequence of the traces in each part of the accident vehicle can be confirmed,and the traffic behavior mode of the involved person and the corresponding traces of the passengers in the vehicle can be corroborated with the EDR data of the accident vehicle.At present,the application of EDR technology in the field of road traffic accident treatment and judicial appraisal in China is still in its initial stage.In the process of EDR appli?cation,a dialectical vision should be emphasized to overcome its shortcomings and constantly improve it.
