盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合感觉统合训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets concomitant use of sensory integration training in the treatment of ADHD

目的探讨盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合感觉统合训练(SIT)治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的临床效果。方法将100例ADHD患儿随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合SIT治疗。比较两组ADHD患儿治疗前及治疗12个月后韦氏儿童智力量表评分及Conner’s儿童行为量表评分情况。结果治疗前,两组韦氏儿童智力量表评分及Conner’s儿童行为量表评分比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗12个月后,两组韦氏儿童智力量表评分均较治疗前提高,Conner’s儿童行为量表评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组提高及降低幅度均大于对照组,两组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论采用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片联合SIT治疗ADHD患儿的临床效果明显优于单用盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with sensory integration training(SIT)in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods One hundred children with ADHD were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group took methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets alone,and the observation group did methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets concomitant use of SIT,comparing the wechsler intelligence scale for children(WISC)and the Conner’s behavior rating scale in the children with ADHD 12 months later.Results Before the treatment,no significant difference in the WISC and the Conner’s behavior rating scale occurred between the two groups(P>0.05).Twelve months later,the WISC increased and the Conner’s behavior scale score decreased significantly in the two groups.Moreover,the increased and decreased ranges both of the WISC and the Conner’s behavior scale score of the observation group showed significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of the drug concomitant use of sensory integration training was better than the drug alone in therapy for children ADHD.
