Practical Teaching Reform of Electrical Installation and Debugging of NC Machine Tools for Application-oriented College

针对前期机床电气安装与调试实习教学中存在的问题,提出了在实习设备、教学项目和考核标准方面的教学改革,实习效果表明新的教学模式下学生能够了解到当前数控技术发展潮流,提高了学生综合运用知识的能力以及实际动手能力。

Aiming at the problems existing in the practice teaching of NC machine tools electrical installation and debugging in the early stage,this paper puts forward the teaching reform in the practice equipment,teaching projects and assessment standards.The result of practice shows that students can understand the current development trend of numerical control technology under the new teaching mode,which improves students'ability to comprehensively use knowledge and enhances practical ability.
