新时代技术创新驱动生态城市建设研究

Study of the Construction of Ecological City Driven by Technological Innovation in the New Era

随着城市化进程的推进,交通拥堵、生态破坏、资源短缺、环境污染、食品安全等生态问题和社会问题逐渐凸显。党的十九大提出了要加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国的要求,为各大城市进行生态化建设提出了方向。在信息化、数字化的知识经济时代,创新驱动,特别是技术创新驱动,已经成为了城市建设发展的必然要求,对加快建设生态城市意义重大。本研究首先对技术创新与生态城市建设的关系进行了探讨,并对国内外建设生态城市的典范进行了梳理,借鉴了探索生态城市的有益经验,从技术创新对城市自然生态、经济生态、社会生态建设的驱动作用进行分析,发现了通过技术创新实现人与自然、社会、经济和谐的重要性。

With the advancement of urbanization,ecological problems and social problems such as traffic congestion,ecological destruction,resource shortage,environmental pollution,and food safety have become increasingly prominent.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and the requirements for building a beautiful China,and proposed the direction for the ecological construction of major cities.In the era of information-based and digital knowledge economy,innovation-driven,especially technological innovation,has become an inevitable requirement for urban construction and development.It has great significance for accelerating the construction of an ecological city.This paper first discusses the relationship between technological innovation and eco-city construction,and combs the model of building eco-cities at home and abroad,drawing on the useful experience of exploring eco-cities,from technological innovation to urban natural ecology,economic ecology,and society.The driving role of ecological construction is analyzed,and the importance of achieving harmony between man and nature,society and economy through technological innovation is further discovered.
