粤港澳大湾区科技金融创新协同发展路径分析

Exploration of the Collaborative Development Path of Technological and Financial Innovation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

促进粤港澳三地科技金融创新协同发展,打造粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心,是粤港澳大湾区规划的一大亮点。目前粤港澳三地在科技和金融领域的发展均处于国际先进水平,但是三地在创新协同发展方面仍存在着一些制约因素,譬如体制制度差异、缺乏创新资源流通共享机制、创新优势分布不均等。推动粤港澳大湾区科技与金融创新协同发展,必须促进科技创新体制改革,打造统一高效的协同创新平台,实现创新资源互联互通,同时科技与金融的融合必须着眼于产业升级,实现将粤港澳大湾区打造成为世界先进科技创新中心及产业群的战略目标。

Under the background of“one country,two systems”,promoting the innovative and coordinated development of science and technology finance in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and building an international science and technology innovation center is a major highlight of the planning of the greater bay area.At present,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are ahead of the world in their development of science and technology and finance,but there are still some constraints on the coordination of innovation and finance between the three places.For example,there are differences in institutional systems,uneven distribution of innovation advantages,and lack of mechanisms for the circulation and sharing of innovative resources.This paper argues that promoting the coordinated development of science and technology and financial innovation in the greater bay area must push the reform of the science and technology innovation system,realize the connectivity of innovative resources,and build a unified and efficient collaborative innovation platform.At the same time,the integration of science and technology and finance must focus on industrial upgrading and build a world-class innovation industrial cluster in the greater bay area.
