利培酮与舍曲林联合治疗对精神分裂症患者的有效性分析

Efficacy analysis of risperidone combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨利培酮与舍曲林联合治疗对精神分裂症患者的有效性。方法:选取2017年1月-2017年7月我院收治的精神分裂症患者130例,随机分为两组,对照组应用利培酮治疗,研究组应用利培酮与舍曲林联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、阴性因子评分。结果:研究组治疗疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组阴性因子评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮与舍曲林联合方案治疗精神分裂症效果较好,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of risperidone combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:130 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with risperidone and the study group was treated with risperidone and sertraline.The therapeutic effect and negative factor scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the negative factor score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of risperidone and sertraline was effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,and should be further popularized in clinical practice.
