局部联合穴位臭氧水注射治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床观察

Clinical observation of local combined acupoint injection of ozone water in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome

目的:探索局部联合穴位臭氧水注射治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:5例符合诊断标准的纤维肌痛综合征患者均来自于2016年10月-2018年3月河南中医药大学第三附属医院疼痛科门诊,分别给予20μg/mL的臭氧水局部注射和穴位注射,局部注射部位选取局部压痛处和僵硬处,穴位注射部位选取百会、大椎、肺俞、心俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞、中脘、膻中、阳陵泉、三阴交诸穴,每周1次,连续治疗4次为1个疗程,并于治疗前、4周后进行数字疼痛强度量表(Numerical rating scale,NRS)、贝克抑郁问卷(Beck Depression Inventory,BDI)进行评价。结果:与治疗前相比,4周后NRS评分和BDI评分均明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部联合穴位臭氧水注射治疗纤维肌痛综合征,不仅能缓解疼痛,而且能有效改善抑郁情绪,是临床上治疗纤维肌痛综合征的一种新方法、新思路。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of local combined acupoint injection ozone water in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods:Five patients with fibromyalgia syndrome who met the diagnostic criteria were from the Department of Pain Clinic,Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to March 2018,and given a local and acupoints injection of 20μg/mL ozone water.Local injection site was selected for local tenderness and stiffness,acupoint injection site was selected from Baihui(百会),Dazhui(大椎),Feishu(肺俞),Xinshu(心俞),Pishu(脾俞),Ganshu(肝俞),Shenshu(肾俞),Zhongmu(中脘),Suizhong(膻中),Yanglingquan(阳陵泉)and Sanyinjiao(三阴交诸).The injection was performed once a week for 4 times,which was a course of treatment,and was evaluated before and 4 weeks after the treatment with a numerical rating scale(NRS)and a Beck Depression Inventory(BDI).Results:Compared with that before treatment,NRS score and BDI score were significantly lower after 4 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local combined acupoint injection of ozone water for fibromyalgia syndrome could not only relieve pain,but also effectively improve depression.It was a new method and new idea for the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome.
