中药灌肠结合穴位埋线治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of TCM enema combined with catgut embedding at acupoints in the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis

目的:比较中药灌肠结合穴位埋线治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。治疗组:中药灌肠结合穴位埋线,对照组:口服柳氮磺吡啶片。采用肠镜观察肠黏膜下改变,观察评价两组之间的临床疗效差异。两组均15天为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价分析。分别在治疗前后,对两组患者进行量表评分和疗效评价,最后进行数据统计学方法,评定两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组量表评分均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的80%。结论:中药灌肠结合穴位埋线治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效优于口服西药,该治疗方法可为临床提供优势选择。

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Chinese herbal enema combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received Chinese herbal enema combined with acupoint catgut embedding,and the control group received oral sulfasalazine tablets.Colonoscopy was used to observe the changes of intestinal submucosa and to observe and evaluate the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Both groups had 15 days as a course of treatment and were evaluated and analyzed after 3 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients in the two groups were assessed by scale score and curative effect.Finally,the data were statistically analyzed to assess the curative effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was better than that of the control group,80%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with catgut embedding at acupoints was superior to oral western medicine in the treatment of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis,and the treatment method could provide a superior choice in clinic.
