针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia

目的:对脑卒中偏瘫患者联合使用针刺优选法和现代康复治疗的效果进行分析探讨。方法:选取90例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为三组,针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗组为Ⅰ组,常规针刺治疗组为Ⅱ组,康复治疗组为Ⅲ组,治疗4周,对比三组患者的运动功能和日常生活功能情况。结果:经过治疗,在运动功能和日常生活功能方面,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组之间存在显著差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗明显改善脑卒中偏瘫运动功能和日常生活功能。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the efficacy of acupuncture and modern rehabilitation therapy in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:90 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and according to the different methods of treatment,they were divided into three groups,acupuncture method combined with modern rehabilitation therapy was used for groupⅠand routine acupuncture treatment was used for groupⅡ,rehabilitation treatment was used for groupⅢ,comparison of three groups of patients with movement function and daily life function was made.Results:After nursing,in terms of movement function and daily life function,groupⅡandⅢhad no significant difference,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but there were significant differences between groupⅠand groupⅡ,groupⅢ,which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with hemiplegia,acupuncture and rehabilitation combination treatment is helpful to improve their motor function and daily life function,reflecting the unique advantages of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and is worthy of clinical application.
