摘要
目的:比较分析活血类中药生药颗粒剂与生药材、传统中药饮片有效部位提取效能。方法:本次研究选择3种活血类中药材,即三七、桃仁、红花为对象进行研究,每种药材分为3类,即中药生药颗粒、传统中药饮片、生药材等,首先粗粉碎三七、桃仁、红花等的3个批次药物,然后进行熬煎,计算总煎出物中每次所获取煎出物所占百分比,比较分析不同种类中药有效部位提取效能。结果:本次研究使用的3种活血类药物即三七、桃仁、红花的生药颗粒、传统饮片等有效部位煎出物与生药材相比,其在总煎出物中所占百分比均显著较高,且对比P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。而在总煎出物中,不同的目数与有效部位煎出物所占百分比呈正相关,与10目组相比,80目、65目、50目、24目等所占百分比均显著较高,且对比P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论:活血类中药如三七、桃仁、红花等的传统中药饮片、生药颗粒剂等有效部位提取效能较生药材相比显著较高,且有效成分的提取与其粉碎目数呈正相关,即目数越高则提取的有效成分越高。
Objective:To compare and analyze the extraction efficiency of effective fractions of traditional Chinese medicine granules,raw medicinal materials and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:In this study,three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,namely,Sanqi,Peach kernel,and Safflower,were selected for research.Each medicine was divided into three categories,namely,Chinese medicine raw medicine granules,traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,raw medicinal materials,etc.Three batches of drugs,such as Panax notoginseng,peach kernel and safflower,were then decocted,and the percentage of the decoction obtained in each total decoction was calculated.The extraction efficiency of the effective parts of different kinds of traditional Chinese medicines was compared and analyzed.Results:The three activating blood drugs used in this study,namely,the raw material granules of Panax notoginseng,peach kernel,safflower,traditional decoction pieces,etc.,were significantly higher in the total decoction than the raw medicinal materials.Higher,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.In the total decoction,the number of different meshes was positively correlated with the percentage of the effective fractions.Compared with the 10 mesh group,the percentages of 80 mesh,65 mesh,50 mesh,and 24 mesh were significantly higher.And the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The extraction efficiency of effective traditional parts such as traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and raw medicine granules such as Sanqi,Peach kernel,and safflower is significantly higher than that of raw medicinal materials,and the extraction of active ingredients is positively correlated with the number of pulverized meshes.The higher the number,the higher the active ingredient extracted.
