针灸联合中医辨证治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating senile dementia patients with mental and behavioral symptoms by acupuncture and TCM differentiation

目的:探讨针灸联合中医辨证治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院老年痴呆患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组只采取奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加针灸联合中药辨证治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应及精神行为症状、疗效评分情况进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的精神行为症状、疗效评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较,观察组患者明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取针药联合辨证治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状患者具有显著的疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and TCM differentiation on senile dementia patients with mental and behavioral symptoms.Methods:70 patients were collected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with olanzapine only.The observation group was treated by acupuncture and TCM differentiation more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the mental behavior symptoms and the curative effect scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and differential treatment were effective,and were worthy of promotion.
