中医针刺与克罗米芬治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的效果的临床对照分析

Comparison between acupuncture and clomiphene in treating infertility from endocrine disorders

目的:探讨中医针刺治疗内分泌失调型不孕症的效果,并与西药克罗米芬的治疗效果进行分析对比。方法:将80例患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组40例患者,用药克罗米芬;实验组40例患者采用中医针刺疗法。治疗后对结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的激素水平各项指标均较对照组更为正常,且差异具有统计学意义。对照组的受孕人数为18例,受孕率为45%,实验组的受孕人数为26例,受孕率为65%,二者的受孕率差异具有统计学意义,表明中医针刺治疗内分泌失调不孕症具有较好效果。结论:中医针刺治疗虽然疗程较长,但是在治疗效果上优于促排卵西药,且没有不良反应,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on infertility from endocrine disorders,and compare with clomiphene.Methods:80 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.40 patients in control group were treated with clomiphene;and 40 patients in the experimental group were given acupuncture.After treatment,the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The hormone levels in the experimental group were more normal than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The number of pregnant women in the control group was 18,and the pregnancy rate was 45%.The number of pregnant women in the experimental group was 26,and the pregnancy rate was 65%.There was a significant difference in the fertility rate between the two groups,which indicated that acupuncture has a good effect on endocrine disorders and infertility.Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture is better than clomiphene,and there is no side effect.It is worth promoting.
