逐淤通痹汤联合西药治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果观察

Effective observation on treating knee osteoarthritis with the Zhuyu Tongbi decoction plus western medicine

目的:探讨逐淤通痹汤联合西药治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2018年1月在本院确诊为膝骨性关节炎并接受治疗的患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者均分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。两组患者均采用西药治疗,研究组在此基础上添加逐淤通痹汤。对比两组患者的临床有效率、MC Master大学骨性关节炎指数评分、中医证候评分、骨关节的炎性因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin 10,IL-10)、白血胞介素-6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的中医症候评分对比对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5周后,两组患者的评分、晨僵,疼痛,障碍评分和总评分、TNF-α,IL-6均较前降低,IL-10较前升高,且研究组的变动幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论:逐淤通痹汤联合西药治疗膝骨性关节炎效果良好,患者临床症状改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Zhuyu Tongbi decoction(逐淤通痹汤)and western medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:96 patients were divided into the study group and control group,48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine.The study group was given the Zhuyu Tongbi decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 5 weeks,the scores,morning stiffness,pain,obstacle score and total score and TNF-α,IL-6 in two groups were lower,the IL-10 was higher in the study group.The change in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups did not suffer from serious adverse reactions in treatment.Conclusion:The Zhuyu Tongbi decoction plus western medicine shows a good effect,obviously improves the clinical symptoms,andt is worthy of clinical application.
