乌灵胶囊联合西药治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Wuling capsule plus western medicine on post-stroke depression

目的:探讨乌灵胶囊联合西药治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者临床疗效,以期为进一步提高临床治疗效果、改善预后提供参考。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年6月期间接收的68例脑卒中后抑郁患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(34例)与观察组(34例),对照组给予常规西药盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组在此基础上联合乌灵胶囊治疗,对两种用药方案下患者的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显较高(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、智能状态量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)及神经功能缺损评分量表(National institutes of health stroke scale,NIHSS)得分均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组HAMD及NIHSS量表得分均较治疗前明显下降,MMSE量表得分均有增加(P<0.05),且与同时期的对照组相比,治疗1周、2周、3周及4周后观察组HAMD及NIHSS量表得分明显较低,MMSE量表得分明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:联合乌灵胶囊治疗脑卒中后抑郁较单纯西药疗效显著,明显缓解患者的抑郁症状,改善神经功能缺损及智能状态,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Wuling Capsule(乌灵胶囊)plus western medicine on post-stroke depression,and provide reference for further improvement of clinical effect and prognosis.Methods:68 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride.The observation group was treated with the Wuling capsule more.Results:The total efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD and NIHSS were significantly lower and the scores of MMSE were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD and NIHSS were significantly lower in the observation group and the score of MMSE was significantly higher after 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuling capsule with sertraline hydrochloride on post-stroke depression is more effective than western medicine alone,can relieve the depressive symptoms and improve the neurological deficit and intelligence status and is worthy of promotion.
