冰刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的康复观察及评估

Rehabilitation observation and evaluation of treating dysphagia after stroke by ice stimulation

目的:探讨冰刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的康复疗效。方法:抽取2017年4月-2018年4月我院收治的90例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者进行随机分组。对照组予以常规吞咽康复训练治疗,观察组则予以常规吞咽康复训练联合冰刺激治疗。比较两组转归率;吞咽障碍消失时间;治疗前后患者吞咽功能评分情况、脑卒中生活质量评分;治疗不良反应。结果:观察组转归率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组吞咽障碍消失时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组吞咽功能评分情况、脑卒中生活质量评分并无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组吞咽功能评分情况、脑卒中生活质量评分优于对照组,P<0.05。两组均未出现相关不良反应。结论:常规吞咽康复训练联合冰刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效确切,可有效改善吞咽功能和患者的生活质量,无不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation effect of ice stimulation on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:90 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly grouped.The control group was treated by routine swallowing rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated by ice stimulation more.Results:The outcome rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.The disappearance time of dysphagia in observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.The score of swallowing function and quality of life score of stroke in the observation group was better than the control group after treatment,P<0.05.There were no related adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Routine swallowing rehabilitation training and ice stimulation were effective,can effectively improve the swallowing function and the quality of life,without adverse effects,and is worthy of popularization and application.
