中西医结合及护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the integrative medicine plus nursing

目的:探究中西医结合治疗运用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效及护理干预对其的影响。方法:选取在我院治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的150例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对其均采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用辨证施护,观察其运动神经传导速度(Motor Nerve Conduction Velocity,MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(Sensory Nerve Conduction Velocity,SNCV)及治疗效果。结果:两组患者的MNCV、SNCV均有改善,其中试验组的MNCV、SNCV改善显著优于对照组,(P<0.05),试验组的总有效率为96%(72/75)也显著高于对照组的84%(63/75),(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果良好,在中西医治疗的基础上结合辨证施护对于患者的治疗效果更加显著,有很好的临床引用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of the integrative medicine plus nursing on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.All of them were treated in the integrative medicine.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group was given symptomatic nursing.The MNCV,SNCV,and therapeutic effects were observed.Results:MNCV and SNCV were improved in both groups.The improvement of MNCV and SNCV in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the experimental group was 96%,significantly higher than 84%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine plus nursing is more effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
