摘要
表皮生长因子受体抑制剂(Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Inhibitors,EGFRIs)作为靶向药物,虽然在临床上已广泛应用于多种肿瘤的治疗,但其所致的皮疹尚无理想的防治措施。本文将从中医病因病机、中医治疗方法方面,就中医药防治EGFRIs相关皮疹进行综述。
Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors as the molecular targeted agents have been widely used in the treatment of a variety of tumors,but there is no ideal prevention and treatment for the skin rash from EGFRIs.In this paper,the etiology and treatment of EGFRIs related skin rash were reviewed.
